Inspired by the story of Esther, the series explores leadership, purpose, and the unique journeys of women shaping their communities and professions.

During this special scholar-in-residence weekend at Temple Kol Ami, Rabbi Hirsch will interview Shira about her leadership in bringing music to Jewish spirituality, ritual, and communal life, and the role of creativity, connection, and song in building vibrant Jewish communities.
